Dr Yuan Tian is a specialist breast and general surgeon based along the Bayside area. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), and Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci) at University of Melbourne in 2013. She completed her general surgical training through the Alfred Health network, and was awarded her fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2022.

Dr Tian then undertook BreastSurgANZ post-fellowship training at Concord Hospital, Sydney and Monash Health, Melbourne. During her training, she completed Graduate Diploma in Surgical Anatomy at University of Melbourne in 2015, Master of Traumatology at University of Newcastle in 2017 and most recently, Master of Advanced Surgery (Breast Surgery) at University of Sydney in 2023.

In addition to consulting at the Mornington Breast Clinic, Dr Tian holds public appointments as a breast and general surgeon with Alfred Health and Peninsula Health.
