Hospital Services
Surgical Care
We work with a variety of hospitals around the Mornington Peninsula to ensure the very best in care.
Services
Multiple locations
Our surgeons operate across a variety of hospitals in the local area.
Efficient organisation of care
Once a surgery is booked, our team ensure your stay in hospital runs smoothly and is organised prior to admission.
Public Hospital Referral available
Our surgeons are able to refer patients to the public health system.
In order to provide you with timely and personalised surgical care, Miss Belinda Brown and Dr Tristan Leech both operate across multiple hospitals in and around the Mornington Peninsula.
If you require surgical intervention, this is able to be swiftly coordinated between all doctors and hospital staff by our team. If you have a preference of where you would like your surgery to take place, please make this known to your doctor at the time of appointment.
Our current surgical locations are as follows:
Peninsula Private Hospital
525 McClelland Drive, Langwarrin VIC 3910925 Nepean Highway, Mornington VIC 3931
262 Main Street, Mornington VIC 3931
Public Hospital Services
If you require surgical intervention and do not want to go through the private system, we are able to refer you through to the Frankston Public Hospital (Peninsula Health) for ongoing care.
This process is done in under 30 days for urgent cases, and requires patients to complete paperwork as well as our referral to be sent through. Once all paperwork is received, and depending on the priority level of the referral, you will be contacted promptly to be informed of further steps, including surgery dates.
Please note that once a patient is referred to the public system, we are unable to review you back in the private rooms (except for extremely specific cases). The reason for this is that the surgeon who completes the surgery may not be the same surgeon that refers you, and in order to maintain consistent care, it is recommended patients maintain their care with the Frankston Hospital team post-operatively.
